” Ellen and I were looking to add a family room, extend the kitchen and add a garage and large concrete patio area to our yard for entertaining. A sun porch had to be demolished along with the back wall of the house and an interior wall. Our house is over 100 years old and we were unsure whether a company as young as Riverside could handle the job, boy were we wrong. Greg and Simon did an excellent job paying attention to all the small details to make sure that the job was done correctly. They were on schedule and price, we even had to have the kitchen floor and joists replaced and they were still on time. They were on the jobsite everyday and the site was always clean when they left for the day. As we sit on our back patio enjoying the summer we can’t help but thank Riverside for the magnificent job that they did! We highly recommend them for and size job you may need done. Do not be fooled by Greg’s age as his knowledge of all building codes and his workmanship is spot on.”
