Understanding your unique vision begins with identifying your wants, needs, and expectations. It also means recognizing your why behind the renovation in the first place. Working with your ideas, along with budget and timeline, we’re able to develop a clear plan for your renovation. This can include preliminary designs, product selection knowledge, and guidance on how to best utilize the space you’re working with to support your vision.
Once we’ve met in person to discuss your plan and vision, we’ll take measurements, discuss design concepts, and advise on which materials and fittings best serve your renovation. With your guidance, we then develop a detailed job estimate, job schedule, plans and further information about Riverside Construction.

Along the process, we want to make you as comfortable as possible and this starts by using our transparent project management system and connecting you with your dedicated site supervisor, our owner, Greg Hassall.
Our project management software – Co Construct , one of the best in the industry – allows you secure, online access to your individual project. Here, you can track the progress of your project, view and approve change orders, easily select product selections, understand all costs associated with your renovation, and communicate with your project team. While this software provides up-to-date information on your project, your site supervisor will be available to talk through any questions or concerns you may have. Technology is great for information; person-to-person conversations is better for your peace of mind.
Before we start the physical renovation, Riverside Construction coordinates all schedules, materials, and our experienced and licensed subcontractors. Just as important, we’ll obtain all building permits, architectural, and/or engineering drawings.
We take every step before we begin to ensure a clean and safe job site, while minimizing the impact on your day-to-day life. It’s about removing the hassle for you that often goes hand in hand with renovations.
Trades organized, permits in place, schedules approved, it’s time for your custom renovation to begin.Working with our highly vetted, experienced, and relationship-focused team, your renovation will start transforming your space right before your eyes. Throughout the renovation, your construction team will ensure your home is left clean and tidy at the end of each day. To further ensure quality and due diligence throughout the process, your project manager will schedule site inspections and in person meetings to update you on progress, discuss any scope changes if needed, and answer any questions you have.
Before we leave you to enjoy your newly renovated home or office, we complete a walkthrough to ensure everything meets your expectations. We’ll take you through final documentation, including outlining our two-year service warranty. This demonstrates our commitment to building quality work and long-lasting relationships.
